The piece that TMMC commissioned from composer Julia Walker Jewell honoring our 100th year will be aired and discussed on Pat Marriott’s WHQR show.

Please join us for a live performance of “If Music is the Food of Love, Play On“ by Julia Walker Jewell, (the piece we commissioned for our 100th year). On the program will also be several other pieces by local composers one of whom is well-known Barbara Gallagher, and another is a 14 year old Russian/American composer named Sofia!

Orange Road Quartet’s World Premiere of TMMC member Meira Warshauer’s Compassion (Rachamim). See details.

Sofia Lubasik’s senior violin recital at St. James Episcopal Church, 25 S. 3rd St. All TMMC members are invited to attend. Sofia received an Honorable Mention award in TMMC’s Scholarship Competition this year, and was winner of this year’s WSO Concerto Competition.
